The advocacy of women’s rights based on the equality of the sexes is the definition of feminism. I agree with the definition because there are no reasons why women should be mistreated based on their gender regardless of society’s beliefs, women must have the same freedom that everybody has. The definition of feminism in my word can be defined as the movement of demanding for women rights that equals men as well as having the right to vote, equal pay, etc.. My priority when it comes to feminism is that women should have the right to choose abortion because abortion is still illegal in many states. The second priority can be equal pay as it is still an issue that women receive lower pay than men. The third priority will be the law that protects women from domestic violence. The focal point of my feminist project is to educate people, and advocate for women’s rights, encourage women to speak up.
